Baby Studio Pro 1.1 for iOS for capturing and sharing the memories of parenthood

ZRL Alliance released  Baby Studio Pro 1.1, the company's photo sharing app developed for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices. The nine months from pregnancy to delivery are full of special moments and milestones that are amplified once the baby is born. The birth of a baby and their growing years are a treasure trove every parent wants to keep in their heart.

From the visibly growing baby bump to the first kick, smile, tooth and the first few steps, it is now possible to share, store, relive and decorate these memories with the Baby Studio Pro. The concept for the app comes from the founder's wife, a mother of 3 kids who longed to share her milestones and moments with her husband while she was pregnant and worked overseas in Australia.

Nissan recalls 54,000 cars for faulty airbags that could deploy when doors are slammed

Nissan has issued a recall for 54,000 Nissan Versa 2012 models which have curtain and seat-mounted airbags which can unexpectedly deploy when the door is slammed.

Nissan North America, who issued the recall, says the problem is likely to be casued by the degradation of the side impact sensor connector pins. The unexpected deployment of airbags in non-crash situations can increase the risk of injury.

Nissan says dealers will install a new jumper harness and replace the side impact sensors free of charge. Car owners can contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-647-7261.

Apple's latest iOS ad focuses on Home

Apple's latest advertisement titled Home App- Welcome Home focuses on Apple's HomeKit enabled ecosystem as controlled by iOS on an iPhone using the Siri voice assistant. The Apple Home app was launched around three years ago and since then has been able to control smart lights like Philips Hue, locks, thermostats, smoke detectors, cameras and a variety of other devices.

Unlike competitors like Google Home and Amazon Echo, which both have standalone smart speakers/home automation hubs, Apple relies on iOS devices like the iPhone or the iPad to control these devices. Will Apple soon make the Apple TV a similar HomeKit hub, or will it create a whole new way to free Siri from iOS, so she can operate independently? Only time will tell.

Text and photos by Donny Halliwell

In the year since then virtually everything about the CX-9 has changed, for the better, leaving Mazda with a runaway hit for the segment.
