Vine launches vanity URL sign-ups

Twitter’s six-second video sharing site, Vine, is giving its users the ability to register for their profiles starting December 23, Monday. Verified accounts were given a head start to claim their URLs on December 20, Friday. The vanity URL will be a good marketing tool for brands as it allows users to browse through your catalog of past videos.

The social network said they reserved profile URLs for those with verified Twitter @usernames but would still require the users to register the name. You have the option to use a different name from your Twitter account but you have to make sure it does not have an equivalent verified account on Twitter.

Rdio reveals year-end charts for 2013

The year-end countdowns have started to pour in and Rdio has just revealed what topped their charts in 2013. The year-end chart from music subscription site include everything from staff recommendations, 2014 predictions and Rdio Covers for the year. Samsung to debut 105-inch Curved UHD TV

Samsung has announced that it will be introducing what they touted as the largest curved UHD TV at CES 2014. The Samsung 105-inch Curved UHD TV is designed to produce almost two times as vivid image quality from any angle. It is said to have a “Quadmatic Picture Engine” to guarantee UHD-level picture quality from any source and an 11-million pixel 5120 x 2160 screen resolution alongside a 21:9 aspect ratio.
