Future Shop offers Lexmark's Genesis all-in-one printer exclusive

Looks like Future Shop's got the goods on Lexmark's Genesis new   all-in-one thermal inkjet printer. It can scan, copy and print  plus has  a touch interface (what doesn't these days?) and Wi-Fi N. It also works with all your favourite mobile devices and it can push out double-sided prints all for $400.

FaceTime, Camera and PhotoBooth coming to iPad 2

Websites covering Apple products make it a point to scour for clues on upcoming products and features anywhere they can find them. The latest developer release of iOS 4.3 (Beta 2) reveals that the next generation iPad will have two cameras plus the ability to use FaceTime and a mobile version of PhotoBooth. A camera or two is a given specially since both the iPhone and iPod Touch have them now for FaceTime video chats. PhotoBooth on the desktop gives users instant photos with various effects Thermal Camera, Mirror, X-Ray, Kaleidoscope, Light Tunnel, Squeeze, Twirl and Stretch.

Desk Pets' TankBot is an iOS controlled robot for under $20

Desk Pets International (HK) Limited is set to unveil TankBot, the world’s first sub-$20 micro-robotic toy that can be controlled by your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch.  TankBot’s three modes allow it to navigate mazes, roam, and be fully controllable by your Apple device. With a built-in USB charger, battery cost is non-existent, giving TankBot hours of inexpensive playtime. Not available until June, TankBot will make its first public appearance at this year’s Toy Fair in New York City on February 13-16.
