Learn BTS's choreography on Apple Fitness+

Source: Apple

Get a workout in and learn some of BTS's famous moves. Apple is updating its Fitness+ service in time for International Dance Day on April 29, and part of that update is the addition of actual choreography from the Korean sensation. You can learn the dances from BTS hit songs like "Dynamite," "Permission to Dance," and "Mic Drop." You can expect to see these workouts starting next week. On April 29, you're eligible to earn limited-edition awards and animated Messages stickers. But you'll need to work out for at least 20 minutes to help you reach those rewards.

On top of that, Apple is refreshing its Artist Spotlight series to add ABBA and Queen playlists. Over the next four weeks, you can expect new workouts featuring each artist every Monday, crossing categories like Strength, Treadmill, Cycling, Yoga, HIIT, Pilates, and Dance.
