Travel: FlightNetwork.com launches Canadian 'State Of Air Travel Poll'

FlightNetwork.com, one of Canada's highest volume online travel sales sites (second only to Expedia in Canada), today announced the launch of their 'State of Air Travel Poll,' aimed at giving Canadians a voice to weigh-in on the biggest issues facing the travel industry in 2010.

"Ash clouds, airline mergers and a global economic slowdown have created an unprecedented shake-up in the air travel industry over the past 12 months," said Naman Budhdeo, CEO of FlightNetwork.com. "We see the State of Air Travel Poll as a way to take the pulse of Canadians by offering a forum for the serious and not so serious flight industry issues that they are talking about."

Running until December 2010, the State of Air Travel Poll will utilize FlightNetwork.com's Blog, Facebook page and customer database to reach Canadians and ask for their input. Poll topics will cover a range of issues including green travel, plus sized passengers, if cell phones should be allowed on planes and where are Canada's best and worst airports.
