If you want to turn some holiday snaps into an artistic wallpaper, Blur Studio ($1.99) will help you do just that. The app features a slider that allows you to adjust blur setting and saturation for any image. There are also color filters to choose from and a quick preview feature that lets you see the finished product before you turn it into your iPhone’s wallpaper.
