“We are excited to share the launch of the Quick Balance app on the Samsung Gear 2 and Samsung Gear S with Canadians,” said Jeff Marshall, Vice President, Self-Service Customer Experience. “We have seen a definite shift in the way consumers are interacting with our products and services, and it is our goal to stay ahead of the curve by developing self-service banking solutions for Canadians before they know they need them – and ultimately a richer banking experience for our customers. This app is the industry’s first foray into wearable banking technology in Canada and is representative of our commitment to making day-to-day banking easier through innovations in mobile banking.”
