Google takes out Shared Circles feature on Google+

If you’re still one of the few people on Google+, you may or may not have noticed that Google has taken out a feature on their social network. The tech giant quietly took away the Shared Circles feature. It’s similar to the public follow lists on Twitter. As its name suggests, it lets you share Circles of followed pages and people.

Google hasn’t really said why they took it out. But Android Police speculates it has to do with Shared Circles being used mostly for low-level social spam, which adds to useless content on the social network.
