Google Keep introduces list auto complete and other new features

Screencap by Anthony Karcz

The latest Google Keep update will make lovers of the simple to-do list app happy. One of the new features is an auto complete feature. For example, if you have your grocery list up there, start typing in an item and Google Keep will suggest what product you intend to buy. The app also now has duplicate detection, which will alert you if you try to input an item in your list that you put in before. It shows up at the top of the auto-complete list as a non-selectable checked item.

Aside from helping you create lists more easily, Google Keep also now has a preview links feature so you can see what site you linked to when you paste a hyperlink there. The new features are coming to Android, iOS, and the web. It should be rolling out now so be patient if it doesn’t make its way to your device just yet.
