Compugen introduces new service to support Apple products for Canadian enterprise market

Compugen is looking to bring more Apple products into the Canadian enterprise space. The company will be adding the iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV as part of its Device-as-a-Service program, which customers can avail via a monthly subscription model. On top of that, they will be selling unlocked iPhones that can be bought and activated through Compugen or through their carrier of choice.

With Compugen’s support for Apple products, customers have access to a 24/7 help desk, on-site, desk-side support, as well as DaaS and managed service offerings. The Ontario-based company will handle everything from purchase to configuration to repair or replacement. Their goal is to give customers direct, rapid, and consistent setup, upgrade, and decommissioning to help save on capital expense. Aside from that, Compugen is also offering customized industry blueprints that provide targeted repeatable solutions for specific industries like healthcare, utilities, and retail.
