Huawei to launch P40 series on March 26 in Paris

We now have a release date for the Google-less Huawei P40 series. The company will launch the new flagships on March 26 in Paris, France, which would mark the third time the Huawei has launched its P series in the same city. Similar to the Huawei Mate 30 Pro, this smartphone line will not include Google's various services because of its ongoing US ban.

The Huawei P40 and P40 Pro are expected to launch with 120Hz displays and Android 10 skinned with EMUI 10. The former will reportedly sport three cameras, while the latter will have five cameras. The handsets are said to come in six different colours.

In earlier leaks, the Huawei P40 Pro will get a sizable camera bump, not unlike what we've seen in the Samsung Galaxy S20 series. The flagship will also supposedly have a hole-punch selfie camera, curved sides, and USB-C port. There is no 3.5mm headphone jack in sight.
