Samsung sells an Adidas-branded Galaxy Buds Pro in Korea

Source: Samsung

While Samsung doesn't have plans to bring this audio accessory outside of its home country, we couldn't help but write about this cool take on the Galaxy Buds Pro. The Korean company partnered with Adidas to introduce the limited-edition Galaxy Buds Pro Adidas Original Special Pack.

The earbuds come in a mini sneaker box with a snapback-shaped case for the earbuds. Its case and box come in classic green-and-white Stan Smith colourway. The buds are still available in either Phantom Black, Phantom Silver, or Phantom Violet colours. It, unfortunately, doesn't have the Adidas branding.

Samsung and Adidas include a special coupon to buy a pair of Stan Smith sneakers.

Once you pair these Galaxy Buds Pro with your Galaxy phone, you can unlock a special Adidas Originals theme for the lock screen, icons, message, and call screens.

Aside from looking cool, the two companies want to draw your attention to these buds' eco-friendly components. The case is made from recycled plastic, while the Galaxy Buds Pro is made from 20% post-consumer materials.

Samsung will only sell 6,000 units of the Galaxy Buds Pro Adidas Original Special Pack for 279,000 KRW (around CA$311).
