Microsoft Flight Simulator now has over 10 million pilots

Microsoft Flight Simulator announced it now has over 10 million players worldwide across Windows/PC, Xbox Cloud Gaming, and Xbox console. This comes just 27 months after the initial release of Microsoft Flight Simulator, complete with 27 additional robust updates that improve graphics and gameplay and add new features and content -- all free!

Microsoft Flight Simulator is wildly popular with its highly accurate aircrafts and vivid and detailed landscapes. Every aircraft includes stunningly realistic cockpits and instrumentation and desgined for the anyone who ever dreamed of becoming a pilot. 

The game also celebrated it's 40th anniversary last month with the release of Microsoft Flight Simulator 40th Anniversary Edition. Loaded with all-new features, aircrafts and content that span the history of aviation. The new edition's update introduces: 1 true-to-life Airbus A310 Airliner, 2 helicopters and 14 heliports, 2 gliders and 15 glider airports, 7 famous historical aircraft including the Hughes H-4 Hercules (aka the Spruce Goose), 4 classic commercial airports, and 24 classic missions from the franchise’s past.
