There will be a 'Watch Dogs' manga

Manga lovers who are into Watch Dogs are in for a treat. There will be a new manga series debuting in Japan on April 12 via Kurage BunchWatch Dogs Tokyo was published by Shinchousha, written by Shirato Seiichi, and drawn by Kamo Syuhei. It isn't clear if Ubisoft has any contributions to the manga.

According to a tweet from Manga Mogura, the story is about "a special new infrastructure system from a company called Bloom Japan used by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to change people's lives. However this new system does in fact also harbor a great darkness."

As GamesRadar pointed out, the location is new for the series, given the three Watch Dogs games took place in a near-future vision of Chicago, San Francisco, and London. We might get to see new characters, too. We don't know if there will be an English-translated version of the manga, but we hope there will be. There is already a Watch Dogs: Legion comic book series launched in November 2021; if you're interested.
