Apple TV+ to debut dinosaur docu 'Prehistoric Planet' on May 23

If you wanted to watch another documentary narrated by Sir David Attenborough, Apple TV+ has something for you. What's even better is it's going to be about dinosaurs. Prehistoric Planet is debuting on the service on May 23. The show's premise involves telling the story of some dinosaurs that roamed the Earth over 66 million years ago during the Cretaceous period. And it will include the latest findings from paleontologists.

The five-part documentary will also feature music from Hans Zimmer and visual work by MPC. The VFX unit helped Disney create the live-action adaptation of The Jungle Book and The Lion King. All five episodes of Prehistoric Earth will premiere the week of May 23, with one episode dropping each day.
