Stunning city of Vancouver is now part of Apple Fitness+ 'Time to Run'

Fans of Apple Fitness+ and the Time to Run series can look forward to the newest edition on the popular workout roster! The audio running experience designed to help users become more consistent and better runners, has created a series of episodes focused on a popular running routes in some of the most notable and iconic locations. It's no surprise that the breathtaking city of Vancouver has just been added -- the first Canadian locale!

Whether you’re hitting the pavement near or far from home, you’ll be transported to a scenic running route along the False Creek Seawall and passing one of Vancouver’s key landmarks, Science World. 

Coach Sherica Homon specifically designed this interval run for broad appeal with a mix of easy and hard intensities, and rounded out by an all-Canadian playlist including Drake, Michael Bublé, The Weeknd, Tegan and Sara and more, to get your heart pumping. 

Each Time to Run episode is composed of inspiring coaching tips led by one of the Fitness+ trainers users know and love, including Emily Fayette, Jamie-Ray Hartshorne, Sam Sanchez, Scott Carvin, Cory Wharton-Malcolm and Sherica Holmon.

Designed to motivate with energizing music and playlists curated by the Fitness+ trainers, Time to Run playlists thoughtfully matches each run’s intensity, location, and coaching, capturing the spirit of the city where the run takes place.

Like the popular Time to Walk series, users will also receive photos taken by the Fitness+ trainer of notable sights along their route. Photos will be available in the workout summary afterward, and users can save them to their photo library or share with others.

Apple Fitness+ is a fitness experience powered by Apple Watch offering personal metrics from your Apple Watch that can be synced on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV.
