Zillow gets a ChatGPT plug-in for househunting

Zillow has partnered with ChatGPT to launch a new plug-in. You can use this new tool to help with your house search. You just need to tell ChatGPT what kind of property you're looking for, whether you're looking to purchase or rent, and input other criteria like location, bedroom count, and price. The plug-in will then show you options.

Technically, you can use the search option on Zillow for this. But if you wanted that generative AI touch, you got it here. The plug-in is available for "a select number" of ChatGPT users for now with "broader access anticipated in the future."

This isn't Zillow's first attempt to use AI. The company introduced a "natural-language search" feature a few months back that let users enter conversational phrases into the website's search bar.
