SIRIUS Canada and XM Canada Announce Merger 

Canadian Satellite Radio Holdings Inc. (CSR), parent company of XM Canada and Sirius Canada Inc. announced they have entered into a definitive agreement to combine the companies in an all-stock merger of equals with a combined enterprise value of approximately $520 million, which includes long-term debt of approximately $130 million.

Motoring: New campaign targets celfone dangers

Ottawa, Ontario – A national campaign to warn drivers of the dangers of using cell phones and other devices while driving has been launched by the Canadian Global Road Safety Committee. The committee is made up of injury prevention and road safety professionals.
