New leak shows Galaxy S10 with cryptocurrency wallet

Not much is really kept behind closed doors these days when it comes to new product releases. We keep getting updates on phones that are just about to be released. This time around, we get new details about the Galaxy S10 and one of its new features: a native cryptocurrency wallet. SamMobile shares images from Twitter user Ben Geskin that shows the Samsung Blockchain KeyStore app. It’s described on its splash page as a “secure and convenient place for your cryptocurrency.” It offers users the ability to import currencies such as Ethereum. It also offers biometric authentication for extra security.

According to SamMobile, there would be two parts to this cryptocurrency service. One is a cold wallet for storing digital currencies, public and private keys, and signing private keys for transactions. Another is a crypto wallet to view account information, transfers, and transaction history.

Leaked images of Samsung Galaxy S10 models surface

Noted leaker Evan Blass has published leaked images of what could be the Samsung Galaxy S10 models. Above we see, from left to right, the Samsung Galaxy S10E, S10, and S10+ with their back and their front shown.

The Samsung Galaxy S10E seems to be sporting dual cameras in the same fashion as the S9 models. The more premium  S10 and S10+ look to have a triple camera array displayed in the rear. Featuring the Snapdragon 855 processor and ither 6GB or 8GB of RAM with storage ranging from 128GB to 512GB, the Galaxy S10 line should offer plenty of specs and features to satisfy Samsung fans looking for an upgrade.

Samsung plans to launch this device and possibly their foldable smartphone at an Unpacked event on February 20th.

Samsung’s 5G phone will reportedly be called Galaxy S10 X

And it’ll be one more device Samsung is set to launch in San Francisco on February 20. According to Korean publication ETNews, this first 5G-enabled phone will be called the Galaxy S10 X to mark the 10th anniversary of the line as well as it standing for the words “experience” and “expand.” It’s going to be a sizable phone with some mean specs, at least according to rumours. It’ll reportedly have a 6.7-inch display with an in-display fingerprint reader, four cameras at the back, two in the front, and a big 5,000mAh battery. Memory configuration is supposed to be “more than” 10GB of RAM and 1TB storage (but as GSMArena points out, the latter could mean a 512GB internal + 512GB microSD configuration). If this report is to be believed, we’ll find out more when the phone launches next month.

New Samsung Galaxy S10 leak shares more info about display, colour options

More leaked details of the Galaxy S10 series are coming in. The phones, which are going to be launched on February 20 in San Francisco, have been revealed to us bit by bit by different sources. This time, CompareRaja shares more details about the line we haven’t heard yet. The Galaxy S10+ is the only one getting a dual selfie camera setup. Colour options for the S10 and S10+ include Black, White, Blue, and Green, while the S10 Lite will be getting a Yellow option as previously rumoured. The last one is said to be targeting a younger crowd. This leak corroborates rumours about the battery capacity of the phones. It also claims that only the S10 and S10+ get the ultrasonic in-display fingerprint readers, but instead of a different in-display fingerprint sensor, the S10 Lite is reportedly getting a side-mounted reader.
