If we needed more proof that our smartphones can now match standalone video cameras, here's photographer Matt Barnes' massive time lapse video of Toronto's 'Cavalcade of Lights' celebration which kicks off the official start of all things Winter in the city. We can see the preparation leading up to the evening's tree-lighting, musical performances, ice skating activities and finally the fireworks that lit up the sky on Saturday night. The addition of more cellular bands, an awesome new camera and software for photos and video as well as the overall sleekness and refinement of the iPhone 6 will impress anyone who loves smartphones.
