Is this Nokia's Windows Phone 8 smartphone?

This is apparently the 4.5-inch Nokia Lumia 920 Windows Phone 8 slated for release on September 5. No solid specs have been revealed but some are saying that it might get a PureView camera. While clearly marked as a prototyple in an unusual day-glo yellow colour this is definitely a sign of things to come.

They also held a Windows Phone 8 event in San Francisco, where they introduced fragmentation into their mobile OS by announcing a generation shift in their two-year old operating system that will make the upcoming version incompatible with present and past hardware.
