Google Glass specs revealed

The $1,500 Explorer Edition of Google Glass, the new interactive eyewear computer from Google has started to ship to developers who pre-ordered the devices. Google Glass will interface vis Bluetooth with any mobile phone, it features a 5 megapixel camera, the screen will have a resolution of 640x360px and will be similar to looking at a 25-inch HDTV from eight feet away. Battery life is supposed to be good for a full-day's use and there's 12GB of usable storage space as well as Google Drive connectivity. Where's the headphones? Well, there arent any. Using an innovative bone conduction transceiver, users will get audio beamed directly into their inner ear via their skull. The age of the Cyborg has finally begun.

Video: A demo of the Samsung Galaxy S4

We had an early sneak peek at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S4 as well as a nice all-around demo and overview of the spanking new flagship device. Aside from an impressive 5-inch 1080p HD display and the expected speed bump by way of a new 1.9 GHz quad-core processor, this year's refresh is relying heavily on various software tweaks and features to improve the user experience.

A bigger battery, some health and lifestyle focused features as well as a slew of accessories complete the salvo. Samsung Canada says the best way to make sure you get your Galaxy S 4 in time is to pre-order. Otherwise, try your luck on April 27th when the phones will make it to stores, albeit in limited release numbers until supply can catch up to supposed demand.
