Video: Sony Xperia go gets dunked in water, comes unlocked to Canada

Sony has designed the Xperia go to handle everything life dishes out. They gave it a scratch-resistant display, a battery-save mode for when you’re running late and made sure it had the highest water and dust resistance of any smartphone. This demo shows to smartphone getting dunked in a glass of water. The Xperia go will feature Google Android 4 on a 1 GHz NovaThor U8500 Dual-core Cortex A9, a 5-megapixel camera and 3.5-inch screen. The Xperia go comes to Canada on November 14.

Video: 007's Sony Xperia T demoed

Available on November 14th, the Sony Xperia T is the new flagship Android smartphone from Sony. Clad in curved aluminum and in a striking black matte finish, it is being promoted as the "James Bond," phone. While it doesn't have "007" etched on the case, it does feature a dual-core processor, a 13-megapixel camera and an HD front facing camera for video calling.  Sony has included various James Bond videos and themes to promote the phone and the movie Skyfall.

Big on NFC functionality, the Xperia T works with various Sony devices such as headphones and NFC tags to trigger actions and settings. Pricing has not yet been revealed.
