'Rocket League' updates F1 Fan Pack for 2022

If you want more Formula One content on Rocket League, you're in luck. Psyonix is updating its Formula One Fan Pack for 2022. You'll get a freshly-updated F1 car model, new audio, and Pirelli-branded Wheels. You can also customize your ride with livery from F1 teams like Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, McLaren, AlphaTauri, and Red Bull.

The car model is based on Rocket League's Dominus Hitbox. In time for the Miami Grand Prix, you can drop 1,100 credits between May 4 and May 10 to get the Fan Pack. You get two additional updates for the rest of the season thrown in for free if you buy now. This includes Mercedes, Haas, Aston Martin, Williams, and Alpine decals. Meanwhile, the fall update will include different colour options for the Pirelli tyres.

Instagram tests pinned grid posts

Instagram might be taking another page from other social media apps like Twitter and TikTok. Meta gives some users the option to pin Instagram posts at the top of their profiles. This allows you to draw attention to specific posts you'd want followers to pay attention to. It's similar to pinned tweets on Twitter or pinned videos on TikTok. It makes it easier for anyone to land on your profile to discover content you want them to see.

Meta has confirmed it has been testing the feature out, but we don't know if this will exit the testing phase. Instagram already lets you highlight stories on your profile, but this will give you or creators another way to highlight popular content or offer new digital ad space for sponsored content.

Ubisoft stops online support for 91 games

Over the past year, Ubisoft has halted online support for 91 games. That means multiplayer components associated with these titles will no longer be accessible. You can't access any achievements or unlockables attached either. As The Verge mentioned, support for these games didn't happen all at once and won't necessarily impact all platforms. Many of these are old titles that are no longer playable on modern machines, so you don't have to worry about that. Some of these titles include Tom Clancy's Endwar, Splinter Cell, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, Beyond Good and Evil, and more.
