'Obi-Wan Kenobi' comes to Disney+ on May 25

Source: Disney

It might have been a missed opportunity to premiere the new Star Wars series on Disney+. But Obi-Wan Kenobi will be premiered on the same day as A New Hope over at Disney's streaming service. The company shared new poster art for the series debuting on May 25.

Obi-Wan Kenobi has Ewan McGregor reprising his role as the titular character. Hayden Christensen will also reprise his role as Darth Vader. The series will begin with protecting Luke Skywalker following the rise of the Empire. The Mandalorian's Deborah Chow will direct this limited series.

Android 13 is codenamed Tiramisu

It seems like it's been a while since we've seen a dessert codename for Android's newest operating system upgrade. But actually, the company brought it back for Android 11 and 12, with the two codenamed Red Velvet Cake and Snow Cone, respectively. We learn that Android 13 is codenamed Tiramisu, after the coffee-flavoured Italian dessert.

Google recently released the first Android 13 Developer Preview, bringing changes that build on Android 12 features. Android 13 is expected to bring back dynamic theming but with improved third-party app integration and tweaks to how Android handles security and permission. A new photo picker will let you share photos and videos in your local storage and on Google Drive without requiring app permission for all images. While this feature will roll out with Android 13, it will be available to Android 11 and above devices.

The new 'Fortnite' crossover brings 'Uncharted' skins

To promote the film version of Uncharted, Epic Games is hosting an Uncharted crossover in Fortnite on February 17. It'll mark actor Tom Holland's second time in the game with a new skin of him portraying Uncharted's Nathan Drake. The original Nathan Drake character and Chloe Frazier will also be available in the movie and video game forms inside Fortnite.

Epic Games teased this collaboration late on Friday through a treasure hunt website. But leakers spotted code inside the game a few days before this, pointing towards an "Uncharted treasure map." The trailer you see above confirms the wearable outfits, but The Verge believes there will be other cosmetics as part of this collaboration. The Uncharted items will appear on Fortnite's item shop a day before the film is released.
