Apple takes out Apple Watch Series 6 from lineup

Apple has officially taken out the previous generation's Apple Watch Series 6 from its lineup as the Apple Watch Series 7 is now available for pre-order. The Series 7 has a starting price of $529. But you can also get your hands on the Apple Watch SE for $369 and Watch Series 3 for $249 from Apple's store. Apple Watch Series 7 is iterative of the Series 6 model, so it's still a good option if you find it out in the wild. But if you have been waiting for the Series 7, then it's time to pre-order. The smartwatch will be available starting October 15.

Telus reminds you it's shutting down all BlackBerry legacy network access

Here's a reminder for all the remaining BlackBerry users. Your devices will stop working on January 4, 2022. Telus has sent out a tweet about this, but strangely it said that BlackBerry is shutting down on January 22, 2022. But we know that all Canadian carriers will spot supporting these devices. You won't connect to any network, and they will no longer support voice, data, SMS, or 911 services.

BlackBerry committed back in 2017 to offer two more years of support for BB10 devices and two years of network access to other BBOS devices. But Telus says BlackBerry is now "taking steps to decommission or terminate infrastructure services." Here's the complete list of affected devices and services.

TikTok brings its app to recent LG smart TVs

TikTok wants to reach a broader market and tap into higher advertising rates, at least that's what was reported before. So, it isn't surprising that the company is bringing its app to more TVs. This time, LG's 2020 and 2021 smart TVs running on webOS 5.0 and webOS 6.0 are getting the app now, while its 2019 models are expected to get it in the "coming months."

The app is launching in the UK, France, and Germany, where TikTok's already brought its app to Samsung TVs, Android TV, and Fire TV. We don't know how well received the app will be, given it's a portrait-oriented mobile app, for starters. But it's coming, whether you like it or not. Are you waiting for it to make its way here?

David S. Goyer is the series' showrunner. And its main cast includes Jared Harris, Lee Pace, Lou Llobell, and Leah Harvey.
