High tech Origami stroller is part Transformer

The Origami stroller from Shop 4 Moms is one of the most innovative products we've seen all year. Baby and child strollers are usually standard and unexciting but functional must-haves. Origamis fold themselves up with a mere press of a button, they also charge while you are walking, have lots of pockets, four cup holders, independent suspension, daytime running lights, an adjustable recline and even a charger for your electronics.

An LCD dashboard even includes a thermometer, speedometer, odometer, tripometer and lifetime tripometer, just like a minivan.

Ideal for toddlers or bigger kids, the Origami looks like in can travel well and seems pretty sturdy. The Origami weighs in at about 29 lbs, and carries a single child up to 40 lbs, or about the size of a 3-year-old. The price for all this convenience is US $849 and it isn't yet approved for Canada but is definitely an interesting option.

Is LG developing flexible OLED Screens?

LG has been on a tear with some exciting announcements in mobile. First was the LG Optimus VU, which is it's tweener device that's between the a tablet and a smartphone, aimed at Samsung's Note. Then the quad core Optimus 4X HD flagship Android smartphone announced at the Mobile World Congress this year. Then, there's that LG Optimus LTE2 with 2GB or RAM. Boy, the hits keep on coming.

Now we're hearing reports that LG is working on flexible OLED displays that are unbreakeable. A report from Ubergizmo states  that, "LG’s 3.5-gen production plant is ready to begin production by the end of the year, so it should be around early-mid 2013 when we can start seeing phones being advertised with “unbreakable” displays."

What this could mean for LG and for the mobile industry in general is more interesting and pliable. This also means that we will get more shock resistant screens for our smartphones, tablets, ereaders and possibly our notebooks.

Good stuff coming from LG. Now, how about some Ice Cream Sandwich updates on our Android devices?
