New Samsung leaks are about next Galaxy Watch, Galaxy Buds

It looks like Samsung is solving a branding dilemma again by skipping another model name. The company's latest smartwatch was the Galaxy Watch Active 2 introduced in September, which was the successor of the Galaxy Watch Active. And that, in turn, succeeded the original Galaxy Watch. So, the expectation is the next Samsung wearable would be the Galaxy Watch 2. The presumption is the "Active" line is separate from the main Galaxy Watch line. But new leaks suggest the company is just opting to call its next smartwatch the Galaxy Watch 3 to avoid confusing it with the Galaxy Watch Active 2. MySmartPrice saw the name surfaced on Thailand's NTBC certification site. It's the country's regulatory body that certifies devices. And then it was spotted by XDA-Developers on Samsung's app. An image asset on the Galaxy Wearable app mentions the smartwatch specifically, despite the company not confirming its name yet.
