There will be a 50th anniversary Apollo 11 Lunar Lander set from Lego

In honour of the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing, Lego is launching a special Lunar Lander set starting June 1st. The 1,087-piece Creator kit comes with a pair of astronaut figures, which we assume represent Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin. It comes in three parts with the top main module, descent-stage portion, and moon base. The top has windows and can fit the astronaut figures. The descent-stage part has the legs, a rocket, and doors with equipment inside. And the moon base has craters, a nameplate, footprints, and a section for the flag. You also get a sticker that replicates the plaque Armstrong and Aldrin left on the moon in 1969. NASA collaborated with Lego on the project. You can hear more about it in the video above with Lego designer Lars Joe. The NASA Apollo 11 Lunar Lander will retail for $139.99 CAD.

Ubisoft will hold special livestream for ‘Beyond Good and Evil 2’

While we won’t get to hear about Beyond Good and Evil 2 at E3 this year, game developer Ubisoft will be holding a livestream for the game. You can tune in on June 5th at 12 PM ET/9AM PT. This livestream is part of a series of livestreams the company calls Space Monkey Report. Details about the upcoming game have been sparse, but hopefully, we get some juicy updates from this stream. There won’t be new gameplay footage, though, but Ubisoft said they would share that “when the time is right.” This follow-up to the sequel of Beyond Good and Evil has been at least 15 years in the making, so our hopes are high for this one.

Review: Google Pixel 3a

At first glance, there’s very little difference between the new Pixel 3a and last year’s stellar Pixel 3. Both phones share Google’s sleek and rather muted aesthetics, they both run Pure Android efficiently, are build around Google Assistant and it’s AI features. Both Pixel models also feature outstanding cameras, with segment-leading Night Sight low light capability, and arguably the best camera software available today.

The ASUS ZenBook Pro Duo is a creator’s dream machine

In the past few months, it felt like the only innovation happened in the smartphone space. Or perhaps we can attribute that to the breakneck speed that industry is taking. But the mobile phone space isn’t the only industry pushing forward. ASUS at Computex 2019 in Taiwan is making its own moves in the laptop space. And it’s brought its best tech into its latest flagship model—the ZenBook Pro Duo.

At last year’s Computex, ASUS showed off the ZenBook Pro, a laptop that featured a secondary screen on the touchpad. ASUS called this the ScreenPad. The Taiwanese company builds on this idea with the ZenBook Pro Duo. It supersizes the idea and places the ScreenPad Plus right underneath the display, giving you an extra 14-inch full-width 4K secondary screen.
