Studio Ghibli characters come alive in video tribute to creator Hayao Miyazaki 

Studio Ghibli founder and creator of various animated movies Hayao Miyazaki announced his retirement from full-length filmmaking a few years ago. Vimeo member dono created a moving video tribute to the Anime master's best loved work, his quirky yet iconic characters and all the stories that defined many fans' childhoods. It's a great video, and it is going to make you want to rewatch many of Miyazaki's beloved movies once more.

Trust in traditional media falls to an all-time low

As the popularity of the internet and social media websites continues to grow, the same cannot be said of traditional media channels. According to research carried out for the World Economic Forum in Davos, the public’s trust in established, traditional media outlets has never been as low as it is now. Canada, Columbia, Ireland and Australia were found to be the countries that have lost the most faith in the status quo and more people in these countries are turning to the internet and other sources for news about the latest issues that affect them.
