Samsung Galaxy S7 tipped for a March 11th release in the US

A new leak by Evan Blass (@evleaks on Twitter) says the US will be seeing the new Galaxy flagship device on March 11th. Blass, who has a mixed track record when it comes to releasing accurate leaks, didn’t provide any additional details. There isn’t any word yet from Samsung either if there will be a press launch anytime soon. But Samsung’s known to release a new Galaxy flagship around this time. We’ll keep you posted for any updates.

Some of the previously rumoured information include the release of a Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge, which will have 5.1-inch and 5.5-inch screens, respectively. There will be Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 and Exynos 8890 processors, 4GB of RAM, 32/64GB of storage with microSD support, a 12-megapixel rear camera alongside a 5-megapixel front camera, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow will power the new Galaxy devices.

Facebook helps you keep track of your favorite teams with Sports Stadium

Don’t have a central spot to get the latest updates on your favorite sporting events as they happen? Wait. Don’t we have Twitter for that? Well, Facebook is out to prove they can do a better job with its new Sports Stadium feature. The new part of the social network lets you experience your favorite sports in real-time. There you’ll have access to posts from your friends; commentary and posts by experts like the team themselves, leagues, and journalists—with a promise for easy access to their Pages; live scores, stats, and play-by-play; as well as game information like where to find the game on TV.

To access Sports Stadium, you have to just search for the game in the app. Facebook said they are still looking for new ways to get you to the feature in the future. It’s launching first in the US just in time for American football season to start next month. It’s currently available on the iPhone and will be coming to other platforms in the coming weeks.

Buick's Cascada convertible is a return to reasonably priced open top motoring for families. This is Buick's first convertible since the 1991 Reatta and is a four-seat non-luxury, non-sport car coming to US dealers next month at US $33,900.

"Convertible buyers tend to be very loyal, but a lot of the competition has vacated the market," said Tony DiSalle, Buick-GMC vice president of marketing. I got to see the Cascada a few weeks ago in Detroit prior to the North American International Auto Show.
