Thirstie comes to Canada

Found a new drink you want to try out but don't feel like heading out tonight? Thirstie has got you covered. The discovery-to-delivery platform has landed in Canada. It's an iOS/Android app and desktop platform that not only shares with you the latest mixology and booze news but also lets you order what you like on-demand. It's the first mobile-first, on-demand alcohol delivery service to come to Toronto and Ottawa. And it will be hitting 28 other Ontario cities soon.

Facebook's 'On This Day' feature now helps you filter out unwanted memories

A loss of a loved one, a failed relationship, these are some things you don't want to be reminded of. But Facebook's "On This Day" feature can sometimes unearth unpleasant memories. Thankfully, you now have more control to filter some of these out. The feature gets new options that lets you either filter out specific people or dates or both of these. This will prevent any posts, photos, statuses you've been tagged in, date you friended someone, and big life events that involve these people.

Adobe and Dropbox partner to make it easier to access PDFs

Adobe and Dropbox is now offering a more seamless way to access PDF files to and from Dropbox and Adobe Acrobat Reader. It's available now on desktop and Mac so you can now open PDFs you have stored in your Dropbox right from Adobe apps. The edits you make on these files will automatically be synced on your Dropbox. This also makes it easier to share with collaborators by trimming down some of the steps. iOS integration is coming soon so you'll be able to open PDFs with Acrobat Reader mobile app and edit right from there. The file will also be synced with Dropbox from there. Android integration is coming a bit later though. It's slated for a 2016 release.

Apple Pay may be coming to Canada as per leak on TD Canada Trust website

Canadian iPhone users who have been waiting for Apple Pay to come to a bank near them might have a reason to rejoice. A leak on TD Canada Trust's website shows that Apple Pay is coming to Canada, at least for TD customers. A footer link on the bank's website showed the above information. The link has since been pulled down from the website which makes us wonder if Apple Pay is indeed coming or if this was just a wishful placeholder.
