‘Deus Ex Machina’ gets ported to mobile

A 30-year-old game is getting a new lease on life after it gets ported to two of the most popular mobile platforms—Android and iOS. Deus Ex Machina, a game released in 1984, is getting improved graphics and a remastered soundtrack to try and keep up with the times. Of course, it won’t look exactly as it did 30 years ago but it would approximate that. According to Mel Croucher, creator of the game, they are working on bringing the game to multiple platforms. You can purchase the 30th Anniversary Collector’s Edition of the game for $5.79 over at the Apple iTunes App Store and $6.99 from the Amazon Appstore. But if you want the updated version, the Kickstarter-funded Deus Ex Machina 2 will be launched later this month.

Photo leak hints at 5 variants of Samsung Galaxy S6

Rumours have been circulating for a while that there would be more than one version of the Samsung Galaxy S6. But a new alleged leaked photo that CNET Korea got their hands on shows five different variants of Samsung’s upcoming flagship. The one on the far left looks like the traditional look of a Galaxy device; while the one on the far right looks similar to the Galaxy Note Edge. The second one from the right also looks like it has a curved edge screen. The other two devices come with casings. The second one to the left is protected by a Verus cover (a popular case maker in South Korea); while the one in the center seems to have a thicker case but it can’t be told if it’s also made from Verus.

Of course, these are all just rumours at the moment. But if you just wait a bit more, it is said Samsung will be unveiling its newest flagship at the upcoming Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on March 1.
