'Genshin Impact' introduces 120 FPS mode on iOS

Role-playing game Genshin Impact is rolling out a major update this week, introducing a new character, more areas, events, and weapons. But for iOS users, the support for a new 120 FPS mode might be more important news. The game now takes advantage of the ProMotion displays on the iPhone 13 Pro and iPad Pro.

This update marks the first time Genshin Impact will be playable at this high refresh rate. The game is available on Android, PlayStation, and Windows, but users can only find 30 or 60 FPS modes.

Tinder will let you bring a 'Plus One' you don't know to weddings

Tinder thinks you might be interested in bringing someone you don't know to the next wedding you're going to. The dating app gets a "Plus One" feature, where you can indicate you're looking for a date or are open to helping someone out with that. The experience is found inside the Explore tab.

Engadget noted that the feature responds to something its users are already looking for on the app. Since the start of 2021, the company says profile mentions of "plus one" have increased by 45 percent. But our question is would you want to take a stranger to a loved one's wedding?
