First Look: HTC Flyer 7.1" inch Android Tablet

We've found the prospect of HTC Flyer intriguing from the first time it was leaked back in February. Well, after three long months we've finally gotten our mitts on HTC's bold new tablet during a customer event in downtown Toronto. Not only did we get an awesome walkthrough, we also got to meet Youenn Colin, one of the industrial designers from HTC"s firm One & Co. All that and a slideshow right after the jump.

SourceCode: Samsung to Apple - Show me yours and I'll show you mine

So, now Samsung is trying to turn the tables on Apple after the iPhone maker filed suit against Samsung for allegedly copying design and functionality elements of the iPhone and the iPad. The earlier suit alleged that Samsung copied the look, product design, packaging and user interface of its products, violating its patents and trademarks and possibly causing confusion in the market.

Review: Microsoft Photosynth for iOS

In Photosynth, Microsoft has built a stunning panorama and photo-stitching application out of technology that every photography smitten iOS user will love. There exist a host of decent panorama stitching applications for iOS that do within seconds what used to take hours to achieve in Photoshop.  Some are paid, some are free. Photosynth, which is free, takes this type of photography to another level and automates the process while managing to help create some stunning panoramas.

SourceCode: Demystifying Mango and Windows Phone

Boasting '500 new features' the upcoming update to Windows Phone 7 (version 7.1 codenamed Mango) was announced yesterday for a Fall release. Aside from tooting the horn for an OS upgrade that's overdue and is months away, Microsoft did provide a compelling sneak-peak at where they're headed in this space. We discuss what we find interesting about this development.
