The rumours about Apple purchasing Microsoft Kinect technology maker, PrimeSense, has recently been confirmed. Apple bought PrimeSense for about $350 to $360 million. The company was behind the technology for the original Microsoft Kinect and does more work with 3D-sensing technology.
