The Aladdin is a ceiling light projector from Xgimi that combines the technology of Popin, a Japanese company that Xgimi acquired. The Aladdin has the same specifications as the Popin Aladdin 2 Plus, which sells for about US$897 (around CA$1,199).

The Aladdin can be installed on any standard light socket and project a 1080p image of up to 100 inches. The projector also has a built-in lamp that can be controlled by the remote or the Xgimi app. However, Aladdin does not work with Matter or other smart home platforms.

The Xgimi Aladdin also features Harman Kardon speakers that deliver 360-degree sound and can be used independently of the projector. It runs on Google TV, which supports Netflix out of the box.

Xgimi has not revealed the exact price, release date, or full specifications of the Aladdin yet.
