Microsoft brings Copilot to File Explorer

With Microsoft's artificial intelligence assistant Copilot, you can now interact with a file in File Explorer without opening it. PCMag reported that the tech company integrated Copilot into its file manager for users running a Windows 11 PC with a Microsoft 365 Work or School account. That means, if you want to check a specific portion of a document, Copilot can look up the information for you without opening the file.

The feature is also available on the taskbar, where you can prompt Copilot if you need something done, and a notification with the finished task shows up.
