MWC 2026: Lenovo Legion Go Fold concept teases a future all-in-one gaming device

Source: Lifehacker

What do you get if you merge a Nintendo Switch, a small but powerful gaming laptop and a foldable phone into one gadget? Lenovo built a concept on this idea and unveiled the Lenovo Legion Go Fold at Mobile World Congress 2026 in Barcelona, Spain.

The device features a flexible 11.6-inch POLED display that can be folded into a 7.7-inch screen and used in handheld mode or unfurled into a full 11.6-inch size for a more immersive experience. Plus, with different mounting points on the device, you can attach a keyboard and turn it into a mini Windows productivity machine.

That laptop use case is possible with the help of its controllers, which you can, by the way, clip to the sides of the screen to emulate those other handheld gaming devices. Similar to the Legion Go handset, the right controller features a sensor and scroll wheel, which you can attach to a dock and use as a vertical mouse. That right controller even has a small OLED widget to get some information about your machine or serve as a small touchpad.

As mentioned, it is just a concept, but Lifehacker noted that the prototype they saw at the show ran on a powerful Intel Core Ultra 7 processor with 32GB of RAM and 1TB of SSD storage.
