Samsung confirms July 22 launch date for anticipated new foldables

Samsung confirmed its next Galaxy Unpacked event will take place in London, UK, on July 22. At the event, the company is expected to introduce a new Galaxy Z Flip8 and two new Galaxy Z Folds, said to be named Fold8 and Fold8 Ultra. The Fold8 is expected to be Samsung's first wide foldable, as hinted in the company's invite stating "A new shape unfolds." Galaxy Watches are also expected to be launched at the event.

Galaxy Unpacked will be livestreamed on Samsung's official YouTube channel and website starting at 2 PM BST, 9 AM EDT, and 3 PM CEST.
