Garmin brings pregnancy tracking to smartwatch lineup

Garmin is offering expecting mothers a better look at their and their baby's health with a new pregnancy tracking feature. It can show their progress and share ways to improve their health before they give birth. "Many" Garmin devices will have the functionality, including the Fenix, Forerunner, Venu, and Vivoactive lineups.

It can track progress based on the due date, and compare the size of the fetus to fruits and vegetables. More importantly, it adapts to your changing body. It can offer options of tweaking heart rate alerts, monitoring hydration, or freezing training altogether.

Apple reveals new MacBook Air, Mac mini, and MacBook Pro 13-inch with Apple Silicon M1 chip

Apple's "One more thing," event unveiled today the latest Mac hardware now running on their own Apple Silicon processor and System on a Chip (SOC). Apple revealed that the M1 Chip will be made available on the MacBook Air, the 13-inch MacBook Pro, and the Mac mini. Making good on the promise that we would see the first Apple Silicon hardware before the year ends, Apple is touting its most integrated products yet. The M1 System on a Chip integrates 8-core processors, 8-core GPUs, RAM, the neural engine, and the secure enclave as well as other functions in a tiny 5 nanometer die. 

Apple also explained that the new macOS Big Sur was developed particularly for Apple Silicon. It can run universal apps. Intel-based apps (using Rosetta 2), and even iOS mobile apps on the new M1-powered devices.

The Pokémon Center site expands to Canada

If you're a fan of Pokémon, then you're going to love this update. The Pokémon Center e-commerce site is now available in Canada, allowing you to shop for various official Pokémon merchandise. You can buy everything from figures, imported plush, apparel and accessories, home decor, kitchenware, outdoor gear, and more.

Those who purchase items worth $20 or more qualify for free standard shipping without per-item shipping charges, too.
