'Assassin's Creed Valhalla' to let you choose between male or female version of your character

Assassin's Creed Valhalla won't be the first Assassin's Creed game to offer you the option to choose between a male and a female character. That honour already belongs to 2018's Assassin's Creed Odyssey. But now, Valhalla will let you choose either the male or female version of the same character. And yes, both choices will still be considered canon to the story, according to narrative director Darby McDevitt. The female version will be available in the game's collector's edition.

In the game, you play as Eivor, who is described as a "fierce Viking raider raised on tales of battle and glory." You lead a group of Norsemen that have been driven out of Norway by "endless wars and dwindling resources in the ninth century CE." Assassin's Creed Valhalla is expected to arrive in Holiday 2020 season. It'll come to the Xbox Series X, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Google Stadia, Ubisoft's UPlay+, and the Epic Games Store.

Netflix drops trailer of Jerry Seinfeld's first stand-up special in over 20 years

Jerry Seinfeld is aware he doesn't need to do another stand-up special in his life. But he has taken to the stage once again for the first time in a long time. And Jerry Seinfeld: 23 Hours to Kill is the first special featuring new material in 22 years. Seinfeld's last original stand-up special was the 1998 HBO special entitled I'm Telling You For the Last Time. This isn't his first show or special on Netflix, though. His show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee has been available on the service, and he had a Netflix documentary called Jerry Before Seinfeld in 2017. But if you want to see him do an hour-long set, then Jerry Seinfeld: 23 Hours to Kill will be premiering on the service on May 5.
