Apple welcomes new 10.2-inch iPad

One of the announcements at Apple's annual September event is a refresh of the iPad. The seventh-generation iPad now comes in a 10.2-inch version, meaning there is no longer a 9.7-inch model in the current lineup. This entry-level iPad is paired with an older A10 Fusion chip, which Apple claims is twice as fast as some of the top-selling PCs out there. But it must be noted that this is the lowest-end chip of any current iPad models. This new tablet comes with a built-in Smart Connector, which means you can link it to Apple's keyboard accessories. The iPad is made out of 100-percent recycled aluminum, and it rocks that iPad Air look with a home button and Touch ID. This device works with the older generation Apple Pencil as well.

The iPad's battery life is rated at around 10 hours. It comes in Silver, Space Grey, and Gold, and in 32GB and 128GB storage options. It's available for pre-order, and it launches on September 30th with the iPad OS on board. The new iPad's pricing starts at $429 for the Wi-Fi model and $599 for the Wi-Fi + Cellular version. The 128GB model starts at $549 for Wi-Fi and $719 for Cellular and Wi-Fi option.

You can now drive the 'Back To The Future' DeLorean with Turo

The Back to the Future DeLorean was probably the first time I noticed a cool car as a kid. The “time machine” was something of a wonder filled with dreams and possibilities. Everyone talked about how it would be so wild to be able to actually see this car in real life. At this year’s Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) the dream came true. Parked outside the Thompson Hotel was the beautifully crafted machine and not just for show, it’s driveable. And regular folks like us can book it for a drive here in Toronto through TUROa car sharing company.

Spotify finally lets you share music on Snapchat

Long since its competition (like Instagram) got the feature, Spotify finally lets you share the music you listen to directly to Snapchat. If you have Snapchat and Spotify in the same device, Snapchat will now be an option you'll see in Spotify's share menu. The app will automatically create a snap with the song info and album art. Just like with Instagram, you can send this to individual Snapchat friends or have it posted on your story. You can share songs, albums, playlists, or podcasts. Now, if you get a Spotify share on Snapchat, you can swipe up to start listening to the song sent to you.
