Apple Vision Pro launch pushed back to March 2024, says report

Apple

It looks like Apple is still working on the Apple Vision Pro, its first headset introduced at WWDC 2023. The company said it would ship in early 2024 but did not specify a date. According to Mark Gurman from Bloomberg, the headset could be delayed until March 2024.

Gurman says that Apple is still finalizing the device testing and the distribution plans for the headset. The Apple Vision Pro will be very limited in availability, starting in the U.S. and expanding to other countries gradually.

OnePlus

OnePlus has started rolling out Android 14 to its flagship OnePlus 11 phone. The update is coming to India first, its biggest market. But we should expect it to arrive in other markets soon after. Nothing Chats app removed after shocking security flaws revealed

Nothing

Nothing and Sunbird withdrew their insecure iMessage bridge after it was revealed that Sunbird not only logged and stored messages, vCards, and other data but also allowed others to download the user data. Google Home app adds search feature for Wi-Fi devices

The Google Home app has a new search feature that lets you easily find the Wi-Fi devices on your network. You can access this feature by going to the Wifi page and tapping on the Devices page. There, you will see a “Search for devices” bar at the top. As you type, the app will show you the devices that match your query. You can see both online and offline devices. This feature is useful because the device list can change frequently depending on the “Real time” sort option.

With a search, you can quickly find the device you are looking for. The Wi-Fi device search feature is available on Google Home 3.9 for Android. We don’t know when it will come to iOS. We also hope that Google will add a similar feature to the Devices tab and the Automations list, where it can be hard to find the right device among many smart home gadgets. The Favorites option helps, but it is not enough.
