‘Lego City Undercover’ to be re-released on new platforms

Lego City Undercover will be making its way to more consoles in the “Spring of 2017.” The game, which originally launched as a Wii U exclusive back in March 2013, is going to be re-released on the Nintendo Switch, PC, Microsoft Xbox One, and Sony PlayStation 4. Lego claims the game is both a “re-release” and a “remastered” version but it won’t say yet if it’s a direct port or if there will be improvements to be made. Lego City Undercover is unlike other Lego video games as it is based on an original story where you’re left to play as undercover police officer Chase McCain.

Overview: PlayStation VR

By Gadjo Cardenas Sevilla

PlayStation’s take on the Virtual Reality (VR) experience is a notable ‘tweener’ solution that sits right in between the high end tower-hungry PC-based rigs like Oculus Rift and the more popular HTC Vive and the smartphone-powered VR experiences like Google Daydream and Samsung’s Gear VR.

The great thing about PlayStation VR is that if you already own a PS4, you’re halfway there. The addition of the VR Headset, controllers, camera and connector box is all you need to jump head first into the immersive and awe-inspiring VR experiences.

Amazon Prime subscribers in Canada can now watch Amazon Videos

If you're an Amazon Prime subscriber in Canada, there's a workaround to watching Amazon Prime video shows like the highly anticipated Grand Tour which brings together former Top Gear hosts Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May, as well as other Amazon exclusives. In order to watch the shows, you need to log in to Amazon.com and access the Amazon Video from there. I was able to do it on a MacBook Pro but had to download an install Microsoft Silverlight to be able to watch the video. Amazon Video apps or devices don't seem to work yet but at least we can watch shows on our PCs via the browser.

This great news gets only better as Canadians should be able to watch the shows through Amazon.ca soon without having to go to the US website. For long time Prime subscribers, it is like getting a free subscription to a streaming service (although US Prime subscribers have long had access to this).
