Korg is introducing a new pair of wireless music controllers for mobile digital musicians to tinker around with. The nanoKEY Studio and nanoKONTROL Studio connect to both iOS devices and laptops. Both support Bluetooth and USB, Korg’s own Gadget soft-synth program, as well as popular apps like Garageband and other Bluetooth MIDI compatible software.
The nanoKEY Studio features a 25-key board with velocity sensitivity, eight trigger pads (also with velocity sensitivity), and eight knobs. It has an X-Y controller and different dedicated keys for things like octave control. The nanoKONTROL Studio, which is used to control your DAW, also has eight knobs, eight sliders, and 32 buttons with Mute/Solo/Rec/Select for each individual slider. It also has transport buttons, markers, scene controls, etc. Both units will drop in April for around £130 each (around $270).

Microsoft is helping you make the most out of your iPad Pro with the latest update of its OneDrive app on iOS. The version 6.8 of the app brings with it iPad Pro optimization. This means PDF annotations are now pressure sensitive. When you write or draw harder, the resulting image will be darker. If your touch is lighter, the writing or drawing will be lighter. The Apple Pencil and 3D Touch displays both have better optimization as well. Microsoft also quashed some of the usual bugs and added stability improvements to the app.
