‘The X-Files’ to make a comeback in the US in January

The X-Files ended its original run in 2002. Now, we’re just that much closer to the comeback as Fox announced the debut of the new six-episode “event series.” The X-Files, starring David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson as Fox Mulder and Dana Scully, will be coming back on Sunday, January 24^th in the US. It’ll be debuting after the NFC championship football game and then it will be moving to its Monday 8PM time slot.

We’re hoping it makes its way here because we can’t wait for this classic to make a comeback. This short series comes from the original mastermind Chris Carter. We aren’t sure about the details yet but we’re willing to bet there are aliens.

Google Play celebrates the last episodes of AMC's Mad Men with retrospective and free episodes

With one episode left to go, the saga of Don Draper and his Mad Men crew is coming to a close. Spanning 10 years and various changes in the stylish and definitive drama about the golden age of Madison Avenue advertising creatives, is being celebrated on Google Play. A retrospective section can now be viewed on Google Play with the very first Mad Men episode available for free. The full seasons are also discounted for anyone interested in owning Mad Men. 

AMC is running a Mad Men marathon starting on Wednesday May 13th at 6.00 PM Eastern time which will culminate in the finale on Sunday at 10 PM Eastern time.

Amazon.ca opens wearable specific store

Launched today, the Amazon.ca Wearable Technology store features hundreds of products from top brands including Jawbone, Garmin, Fitbit and Motorola, as well as products from emerging brands like Lumo and Spire.
