Pebble Time apps and games surfacing 2 weeks after SDK was released

Pebble's just shown off some of the new apps and games coming to Pebble Time and Pebble Time Steel just two weeks after the company released their Software Developer Kit. Because of the Pebble Time's 7-10 day battery life then the idea of gaming on the device itself isn't outrageous.

Pebble Time and Pebble Time Steel also come with a built-in accelerometer that provides support for step, swim, and sleep tracking with apps like Misfit, Jawbone UP, Swim.com, and  Morpheus Sleep Tracker. No update was given on the Smartstraps as this ability, to add functionality by way of third-party straps is open to third party companies so these will likely be made available after the Pebble Time's May release.

Wunderlist revamps to-do list app for iPhone, Mac, and Android

With hopes of turning their to-do list app into a “smarter” virtual assistant, Wunderlist is introducing new changes into their apps for the iPhone, Mac, and Android. The company has cleaned up the interface and added new buttons to make it easier to add tasks and lists. The app also now supports folders, a much-requested feature.

The iPhone version of the app also gets a “Quick Add” function to automatically add due dates and reminders to tasks as they are entered. The Android version now adheres to Google’s Material Design looks. The updated apps are already up for download and Quick Add function will be making its way to other platforms soon.

YouTube now lets you upload interactive 360-degree videos

If you own a camera that can capture 360-degree videos, now you have an easier way to share your content. YouTube now lets you upload these videos to your channel. If you watch it through Chrome (through youtube.com or through embedded videos on the browser or the YouTube Android app you can even pan around to video the different angles on your mobile devices or click the scroll wheel on your desktop.

However, when you upload a file, you’ll need to run a certain script to tack on a particular metadata to make sure that it runs as a 360-degree video. It should be automatic in the future but for now you’ll have to do it. If you want to check out the 360-degree clips, you can see a sample video above.
