HTC One (M8) units on TELUS and Rogers finally getting Lollipop OS update

The Android Lollipop OS 5.0.1 is finally coming to Canadian HTC One (M8) owners. The update weighs in at around 500 mb and brings various changes to the flagship phone bringing impreoved performance, the Material Design UI updates as well as expected tweaks to HTC's Sense UI and various apps and features.

Android's Lollipop OS has been one of the slowest and most convoluted rollouts ( older Nexus Devices like the Nexus 7 2013 haven't even received it yet), so it is good to see great hardware like the HTC One (M8) get the latest, greatest software. The update is available via an OTA update on TELUS and Rogers devices.
