Magisto is bringing its mobile video editing app to Windows PC. It is designed to make it easier for you to create simple clips from videos and photos on your desktop. With this app, you just need to hover your mouse over a collection or saved folder and watch the app work its magic. But if you want to select individual shots and clips, you can do that as well.
